In addition to providing city, county or state-wide databases, Genesis also has complete client database management systems which allow you to monitor properties of interest to you in far greater detail, generate letters and forms, and produce electronic filings for submission to municipalities.

Genesis has a number of ready-made client systems and can also design a specialized system to meet your needs exactly.  We currently have complete client system packages for New York City (CliPAD), Long Island (CliSYS), Upstate New York (GenesisNY) and New Jersey (GenesisNJ).  Each client package links to, and can directly receive data from, its corresponding all-city, all-county, or all-state Genesis system.

All Genesis systems, including databases, are loaded on your firm’s network and/or your offsite computers.  There is thus no hassle with failed internet connections and complete privacy is assured.
