NasPAD® Residential Property |
|
Below is a sample of the five tabs on the NasPAD® Residential Property Card. This first tab contains the basic property assessment and identification data.
The second tab displays building, area and property information.
The most current attached additions data is displayed on the third tab.
The fourth tab focuses on improvements made to the property and values.
On the fifth and final tab, NasPAD® presents a street map, complete with the ability to zoom in and out.
Now, by clicking on the new "Imagery" button, the user can go directly from these property card screens to the Nassau County Department of Assessment's property description page, complete with maps and photographs!
